Adults in recovery from substance abuse who are committed to living substance-free and able to participate in a structured household. Residents may come from a treatment program, from another sober-living home, or from the community.
No. Sonshine Housing Solutions provides sober-living housing, structure and accountability — not medical or clinical treatment. We coordinate closely with the treatment programs, counselors and healthcare professionals who provide that care.
Not necessarily. Many residents come directly from a treatment program, but that is not the only path. The right answer depends on the individual, which is why every placement starts with a short screening conversation.
Yes. We regularly work with treatment programs, counselors, case managers, healthcare organizations, churches and community partners. Referral inquiries are prioritized — see Referral Partners for how the process works.
